Mary Mack, Esq. is Technology Counsel for Fios Inc., a leading electronic discovery services provider. She has more than 20 years experience counseling clients on enterprise-wide electronic discovery and software projects. Her clients include the largest law firms and publicly-held corporations, with a specialization in the pharmaceutical, energy and insurance industries. A member of the Illinois Bar, ACCA and the ABA's Section on Litigation, Mack received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY. Mack is the co-author of two books entitled, "A Process of Illumination: The Practical Guide to Electronic Discovery" and “Electronic Evidence Management: From Creation Through Litigation.” She holds certifications in Computer Forensics and Computer Telephony.
