Background


Peter Noland is with Artios-Bell. Most recently he was Vice President of Strategy & Alliances for IKUN Energy LLC (IKUN). IKUN is a supplier of natural gas in both the wholesale and retail markets, and is a provider of natural gas and energy data services to Federal, Commercial, Industrial & Utility Customers. IKUN is a wholly owned subsidiary of NANA Development Corporation, a $1.5 Billion Alaska based holding company operating businesses in the information technology, energy, minerals, real estate, construction & hospitality industries.

Previously, Mr. Noland was President of Strategic Energy Process, LLC (SEP), a software development and consulting company focused on developing customized key account solutions and software applications for utilities and energy marketers. Prior to that he was a co-founder and principal of ECS Energy, which provided energy management consulting and energy information services to major commercial and industrial customers.

Mr. Noland graduated from the University of Richmond (Va.) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

While conceptually simple, in reality marrying accurate energy usage and price information is extraordinarily difficult, first and foremost because the added dimension of time must be considered as both variables are in a constant state of change.
