Jim Hayward founded Baringa Partners in 2000 and it has now grown to just under 220 people, spread across energy & utilities, and financial services business areas. With 20 years of consulting experience behind him, Jim now leads the Energy & Utilities practice. In this position, he has worked with a number of leading European companies across all sectors of the energy and water markets. His skills include programme and project management, business design, process development, and solution delivery. He has delivered projects covering all elements of the customer-facing operations of his clients -- from sales through to energy procurement. Jim has been working on UK Smart Metering for nearly 5 years, across a number of roles with Baringa's clients. In 2010, he was engaged by E.ON to operate as their Smart Metering Programme Director.
